Please be informed that the following companies are not authorized to transact in any insurance, pre-need, or Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) business.

In this regard, the public is hereby warned to refrain from transacting any insurance, pre-need, or HMO business with the above-mentioned companies or their representatives as they are not duly authorized by the Insurance Commission to do insurance, pre-need, HMO or as an intermediary. Further, the public is likewise warned to refrain from transacting business with any other company or person that does not possess valid licenses from this Commission and/or other concerned government agencies.

Lastly, the public is advised to transact only with duly licensed insurance, pre-need, HMOs, or intermediaries. The list of such duly licensed companies can be found on our official website at https://www2.insurance.gov.ph/regulated-entities/.
